About This Course
Our OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training Courses are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of occupational safety and health standards under OSHA 29 CFR 1926. These courses serve as an orientation to construction job site safety for workers, supervisors, and safety managers. While OSHA Outreach Training is not required by federal law, many employers, unions, and states mandate it for workers on construction sites.
Upon successful completion, participants receive an official OSHA DOL plastic wallet card issued within two weeks. A temporary printable certificate is available immediately after course completion.

Learning Objectives
10-Hour Course:
Understand the purpose of the OSH Act and OSHA functions
Recognize hazards and basic control measures
Know your rights and responsibilities on the job site
30-Hour Course:
Interpret OSHA standards and apply them to workplace scenarios
Identify common job site hazards and implement control strategies
Understand compliance requirements in areas such as PPE, fall protection, scaffolding, and excavation
Assessment and Certification
Each module includes a 10-question quiz (70% passing score required, 3 attempts allowed)
Final exam requires a minimum 70% score (3 attempts allowed)
Completion Survey must be submitted within 3 months of finishing the course to receive the official DOL card
Accreditation
These courses are offered in partnership with 360training.com, Inc., accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). CEUs are awarded in compliance with the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 Standard.
Important Notes
Additional job-specific hazard training may be required as per OSHA standards.
You do not need an OSHA 10 card to take the OSHA 30 course. Choose the course based on your role and your employer’s requirements.
Plastic DOL cards are shipped via USPS First Class within two weeks of course completion.
